Join SMSE Federal Credit Union—Exclusive Membership for State of Michigan Employees, Retirees, and Local Government Staff!
SMSE Federal Credit Union was created to serve employees and retirees of the State of Michigan, as well as those employed by local governments in Lenawee, Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, Washtenaw, and Wayne counties. Family members of these groups are also eligible to join!
Joining the credit union is easy! Simply complete a membership application, provide identification and proof of eligibility, and make an initial deposit of at least $25 into your share (savings) account. This deposit secures your membership and opens the door to all our member benefits!
